Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients
9 cups cauliflower florets (1 large head)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
2-3 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Toss cauliflower with olive oil and salt. Roast at 450°F for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Combine lemon juice and hot sauce. Toss cauliflower in sauce.
