The Simplest Protein Pancakes in the Game!

Anyone in the health industry will tell you the critical importance for consistent daily protein intake for building muscles, recovering from strain, and making you feel satisfied at your meals. Protein sources are the building blocks for a solid upon which we can build our nutrition. 

It is easy to skip the protein because it feels like too much work to prepare a whole roast chicken or butcher the ground meat. Others of us just don’t love the idea of eating a ton of meat or having eggs at every meal. Not a problem! These protein pancakes take about 5 minutes to make and set you up for a day filled with nutrition and feeling your best. 

Here is how you do it! One batch makes about 6 pancakes. You can also make these into waffles for a fun switch!

Ingredients:

-100 grams rolled oats

-220 grams greek yogurt

-2 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tsp cinnamon

-2 tsp baking powder

-2 eggs

That’s it! Blend it together and cook on your pan or waffle maker!
